Shipping

  • All shipments within Taiwan will be made via our preferred carrier from our studio located in Taiwan.
  • Domestic shipping within Taiwan is NTD 120 per order.
  • For international shipping, don't hesitate to contact us at hi@chingchun.tw to inquire about shipping costs.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees incurred during transit.
  • Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee delivery before specific dates, especially during busy seasons.

Packaging

  • We pack and ship all items with recycled materials from our studio.
  • We take extra care to ensure your handmade pottery arrives safely, but in the rare event of damage during transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery receipt.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept refunds within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at hi@chingchun.tw to initiate the return process.
  • Because our product is handmade and unique, We may not have another one to accept exchanges. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us.

Care Instructions
